Removal of Items Purchased:
All items must be paid for in full, before attempting to pickup or ship them. A PRINTED "PAID" Invoice is required in order to move any items, purchased.
You are responsible for any disassembly, wrapping, packing, moving, loading, securing.

Pickup: Pickup is available daily, MAY 27-31 ONLY, between the hours of 10am-4pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY . THIS IS A FIRM DEADLINE FOR ALL PICKUPS FOR THIS SALE. Storage fees will begin on JUNE 1st @ $20/Item/Day. (IF you are scheduling a 3rd party shipper, WE WILL ALLOW 1 WEEK FOR SHIPPERS ONLY, after the completion of the sale. The Shipper pickup dates are MAY 27th- JUNE3rd)
UPON PAYMENT: You will receive an invite to the Pickup Scheduler Portal, where you can lock-in your pickup appointment.
If you are using YOUR OWN shipper, you can email or call us to schedule your pickup appointment, after you speak to them.

Shipping / Handling: IF you plan on having your items shipped, YOU MUST make all shipping arrangements and payment of shipping charges DIRECTLY with your shipping agent/company.

Though we will coordinate schedules with them, YOU as a buyer, must arrange your shipment with them and pay them for their services directly.

SOFT CLOSE INFO:
A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second before an auction closes, giving them an unfair advantage over other bidders. Instead, we promote safe/equal bidding, by using Hibid.com's Soft-Close system.
This means that if a bidder enters a bid within the last minute of the lot's initial closing time, a 1-minute extension would be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static.
Chargeback Policy: There is NO chargeback/refund policy. All items are sold as-is, where-is, and we provide preview/inspection times for you to inspect each item before bidding.
