PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!!! PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENT: All persons must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the auction. All bidders must register through the HiBid auction platform. Credit card authorization is required at the time of registration. LEGAL COMMITMENT: By participating in this auction, you commit to a legally binding agreement. As the highest bidder, you must adhere to the specified payment terms outlined in 'Payment Information.' Placing a bid signifies your agreement to these terms. Montana Pickin' reserves the right, acknowledged and consented to by you, to inform third parties, such as law enforcement, credit bureaus, fellow auction organizations, and oversight authorities, about individuals involved in fraudulent bidding or those who do not meet payment obligations as outlined in ‘Payment Obligations’. AUCTIONEER’S RIGHTS: Montana Pickin' reserves the unchallengeable right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any bid, bidder, or participant at any point during the auction process. The auctioneer holds the authority to reject bids deemed not genuine, as well as participants who fail to comply with the auction terms and conditions. This right extends to individuals with a history of fraudulent activity, violations of auction rules, or those who, in the auctioneer's judgment, may disrupt the integrity of the auction. Montana Pickin' may exercise this right without providing any explanation or justification for its decision. By participating in the auction, bidders acknowledge and accept the auctioneer's discretion in refusing bids or participants. BIDDING RULES AND PROCEDURES: In adherence to the bidding rules governing this online-only auction, participants are required to register on the auction platform, HiBid.com, providing necessary personal information and agreeing to the terms and conditions. Only registered bidders with approved accounts have access to place bids. The bidding process includes specified bid increments and starting bids for each item. The auction operates within a defined timeframe, featuring a soft closing mechanism that extends the auction's end time with each bid. Montana Pickin' shall not be held liable for any internet malfunctions, loss of connection, or system glitches that could hinder your ability to place last-minute bids or receive notifications from our company. To ensure a seamless bidding experience, we recommend avoiding the last-minute rush, as heavy system traffic may result in delayed bid processing during the final seconds of an auction. Waiting until the last moment does not provide any advantage; instead, consider placing your bids in a timely manner to avoid potential issues. ATTENTION TO ITEM CONDITION: The auction items are being sold in "AS IS" condition. While we believe all descriptions are accurate, the seller, closing agent, or auction service assumes no liability for accuracy, measurements, errors, or accidental omissions.
